Precice Visiting Surgeon Training Program

Indications, surgical decision making, surgical approach, techniques, tips and tricks

Objective

The objective of this course is to review the considerations and indications, surgical decision making, surgical approach and technique for intramedullary limb lengthening with Precice.

Target surgeon group

The target surgeon is an orthopaedic-trained surgeon, wishing to focus on intramedullary limb lengthening and participate in a concentrated hands-on workshop and live surgery to review the methods of implantation of Precice.

Expectation

The attending surgeon will receive an overview of the surgical techniques and an understanding of the indications and when to use such techniques. The surgeon will also learn the use of specialized instrumentation and surgical pearls for implantations.

Attendance is limited to four surgeons
